Be careful if ordering catering. I order no less than three times a month for my work from Panera using places across Milwaukee County depending on which is closest. Food is always good and impressive. The 27th Street location has twice been very late in finishing my order and today the manager gave excuses saying lack of staffing and being behind when I asked how long. Yes, I was annoyed and yes, I said this is twice my order is late. She responded with annoyance and excuses...read full review
