Had the best hamburger ever @ Chaudoir's Dock tonight (cheddar/grilled onion). The bun was grilled and mmmm' perfect.

Ive enjoyed everything so far that I have ordered. The Perch was excellent. Their burgers were very good and big. Ive seen couples order one burger and fries and split it. On Saturday nights, they serve prime rib. It was excellent...well seasoned and roasted to perfection. Their Wacky Wednesdays offer an opportunity to try something different...not your typical bar/restaurant menu items.
Stopped in on a windy Sunday evening with my three daughters. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They we're quick to get our order started and out to the table. The burgers were amazing. The patty was cooked perfectly! We had placed and order for 2 fries. The helping of fries was plenty large to share between the 4 of us. Chaudoir's Dock Bar and Grill is a little place right on the bay. The sweet Texas bartender is a really great chef who uses high quality and fresh ingredients. The best bar burger is amazing, and "The Usual" burger with aged cheddar from a flat top is worth the drive. The California burger with cheese is one of the top 5. The truffle fries are also worth the drive. A keg of Pilsner Urquell on tap was fresh and tasted the way that beer should. Customers came for the food and stayed for the experience.
