Belgian Delight Reviews
The boasted chicken was excellent with real mashed potatoes and gravy. Very clean and friendly staff! Definitely 5 stars
Belgian Delight was on our list of restaurants to try while visiting Door County and they did not disappoint! We had to go back the very next day!! My son said it was the best food he had ever eaten! Jody was our waitress and we absolutely adored her! Try the Belgium Waffle with a scoop of soft serve ice cream and strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream! It’s delish! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Belgian Delight is a cozy, family-owned restaurant known for its delicious food and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Visitors often praise the friendly and attentive service, with staff making customers feel like part of the family. The menu offers a variety of hearty options, including breakfast, burgers, chicken, and soups, all made with care and high quality. The Belgian delight burger with eggs, bacon, pickles, and secret sauce is highly recommended, often earning top praise for its taste. The barbecue burger is also noted as delicious, and leftovers are said to taste just as good the next day. Their chicken is considered the best around, with a four-piece dinner often highlighted for its freshness and flavor, even if it requires a short wait. Breakfast selections, like eggs Benedict with bacon and hollandaise sauce, are large, homemade, and satisfying, with potatoes cooked perfectly and not greasy. The rancher breakfast, featuring toast, hash browns, eggs, ham, and coffee, is another favorite. Visitors also appreciate the soups, which are described as some of the best they’ve had, and the atmosphere, decorated with charming pictures that add character. Despite occasional minor disappointments, such as missing lemons for fish fry, the overall experience is consistently positive. Many stop here regularly, especially when leaving Door County, valuing the good-sized portions, variety, and friendly environment. Belgian Delight truly offers a delightful meal in a welcoming setting.
