“George Webbs is absolutely phenomenal! I went there one day and I was amazed. The waitresses and waiters are so kind. They are in their mid 80’s still working amazing! They told me that they love working, and I can tell they do. Although the building was dirty, but that is a very old building so I don’t blame them. The food was amazing! It’s fresh and delicious. Every time I go there it gets better every time. 100% recommended. (Definitely get there chili)“

Ny husband and I started with the cedarberg salad that we split and had the pesto pastas and vodka cream pasta with chicken .. both were awesome and so much flavor. “Absolutely amazing first experience. My wife and I had an early dinner there. We had the crab cakes and calamari ( today's daily appetizer special) as appetizer. Absolutely incredible. Great sauces and flavor combinations. Layers of flavor. We ordered the ribeye and the crusted flounder ( another special). The ribeye was juicy, depths of flavor, tender. Topped with sautéed mushrooms and haystack onions. Cooked to perfection. And the au jus was spectacular and tied everything together so well. Au gratin potatoes were a perfect pairing. Even the carrots made you say "wow". The flounder was light and had great flavors. Homemade honey Dijon tartar was a perfect match for the flounder. Oddly enough, the cucumber and tomato salad that topped the fish really tied it all together and made for one amazing bite. Even though we were stuffed, we left just enough room to have dessert.. As someone who is not a dessert fan, their homemade peach cobbler pastry with homemade cinnamon ice cream ( another special) was fantastic. Katie, our server was extremely kind and attentive and her input on dishes was very much appreciated. The fact that the servers get to try daily specials, you can watch the chefs prepare the meal if you sit at the "bar" by the kitchen, and the laughter coming from the kitchen, really iced the cake! Members of our group tried all the Friday night offerings plus the Mahi and cauliflower mashed! Very tasty! Especially the seafood chowder which was velvety smooth and delicious!. “Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with 17 people…Tim was outstanding with reacting to us just stopping in with no reservations! He was able to accommodate us with the longest table in the bar area and also assigned Avery as our bartender and order taker. Plenty of appetizers and pizza’s to boot! Tim also tossed in a round of shots for all! Very impressed, all with a full dining room and never skipped a beat. Definitely will be back as well as highly recommend!!!“

“I visited Twisted Willow for the first time this past weekend while I was in town. Their service and food was exceptional! The inside was beautiful with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! I would 100% recommend to anyone who is in town.“

“We go here all the time and the food is outstanding! Most times are for pickup, but we also eat in from time to time. The owner is there almost every time we go, and he is extremely nice and helpful. There was a mistake in my order one time, he fixed it immediately, which is all you can expect. We all make mistakes.
You have to try the cheese curds! But the burgers are good, lasagna is good, the filet is good, really everything is good!“

“This "hole in the wall" bar is a must stop. I love visiting bars like this because of the community they provide. I was welcomed by the locals and had great conversation through my visit.The area is out in the country and can be tricky to find. Once I arrived, there was plenty of street parking as well as a lot in the back The inside was charming with a vintage vibe. Drinks were strong and their menu is lengthy. I ordered a cup of the soup which was styled after the Reuben sandwich. The corned beef was excellent. The soup is creamy and flavorful. I have tried to stop by again but they are only open Tuesday through Thursday. I wish I had checked the menu it because the reviews online show a fish fry but I'm not sure if that's available daily since they're closed on Friday? I hope you find out soon!“

“I got the Ruben. They use chucks of meat not shaved. Not my favorite, but was flavorful. Also you have to ask for rye or it will come on their yellow bread. The menu doesn't let you know to ask for rye.
I wanted a French dip, but it only comes on their yellow bread.“

“Food is good for it price. They give u lots foe the price. Dining area is nice and ulimited drinks. My only issues is that they dont tend to clean the tables and floor more than enough. Our table have tons of fries on the floor but my noejws love eating their food.

“Surprisingly good. Made a reservation just to try a new fish fry so we went to 8900 Bar & Bistro. Easy parking for a Friday night. We were warmly greeted, staff were very friendly and attentive. The fish fry was extremely good and this restaurant offers combinations so I tried the cod and shrimp. The serving size was huge for the money, I actually made two meals out of this. Everything was perfectly cooked. Now I want to try some of their other menu items. Seating was very comfortable. Great value for the money. Will go back to try other menu items.“

“For DECADES, the Gerndt Extended Family has patronized and enjoyed getting together at Family Table. It was my Parents' favorite place to go and they were very regular customers there. When in town and since I moved back here from Ioea to help care for my parents in their last years, they lived to 95 with Alzheimers, up until the very end I took them to Family Table where we were always treated very well. We especially love the portions having another meal or two to take home, and previously free desserts with the meal which understandably due to the economy even many years ago, that bonus was stopped. But we still love there dessert assortments with me loving their Strawberry Cheeseake! My daughter and I especially carry on our Family Tradition at Family Table, getting together with my son and his wife, my sisters, my nieces, friends. We would love to see them open again on Sundays as it was a great place to go after Church. Hopefully they can get staff to open Sundays again. Even during the Pandemic we loved the way they all learned and properly wore their masks as we continued to patronize Family Table using their carry-out, especially their Friday Night Fish Fries which are spectacular!!! Today, my sister and her husband are here from Lake of the Ozarks near Camden, MO, and where did sister invite us to meet? Yup. Family Table! Great Food, Reasonable Prices, Large Portions, Excellent Service, Wonderful, Comfortable Relaxing. Quaint Atmosphere. I had the Pork Chops Special, w Pork Chops fried covered in mushroom onions gravie meal which included my Baked Potato with Butter and Sour Cream, Salad, and Corn. Super Delicious!!! Every one else's meals were delicious as well. Ehen my Dad and Mom passed away, i told the Manager and staff and they remembered them well and would miss them. I have not been able to frequent the Family Table for several months due to medical issues, but as things get better I/we will be back for sure on a regular basis. Thank you Family Tanle Management and Staff! Great Timrs! I don't think there's a booth or table that we have not sat at through the decades.“

“My cousin, son and I had the pleasure of dining at Pliers Full Circle Restaurant last Saturday, July 23rd. We all ordered the prime rib special and it was just that, SPECIAL. Haven't had that good a cut of prime rib for years......... Oh, the staff was very good and attentive to our needs. Definitely will return on our next trip to Port Washington.“

“This was our first visit to the restaurant. We were out of town for the night and wasn't sure where to eat. This was kind of a celebratory night, we had been married for one month. Patty was our waitress and she was simply amazing! When she asked what we were up to and told her she congratulated us and even asked to see some pictures. Our food was delicious. I had the filet mignon and my husband had a burger. Also deserving of a mention was the white chocolate cheesecake we shared for dessert. It was to die for! “As far as fast food chains, which I typically do not eat at, Culver's tops them all. The only one that comes close in Chic-fil-a. The cheese curds are a must and can be substituted for your fries. I have never have had a richer chocolate frozen custard then here. Also, they have a frozen custard flavor of the day that keeps you coming back day after day! Two thumbs up!“

“We attended a family wedding at Milwaukee Ale House on 10/5/24. The party staff was AMAZING. They were professional, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. Sue the coordinator is top notch. She met us the morning of the wedding so that we could set out centerpieces and other decorations. She has great ideas and is super easy to work with, she definitely knows what she is talking about. Jason the bartender makes amazing drinks and is very creative, the best drinks I've had in a long time. Jason also was a pro at handling a guest that had too much to drink, he sensed it and dealt with it in a way that did not embarrass the guest at all. Jamie was working that night as well, she is organized, fast and handled some last minute table changes without a complaint. Sue, Jason and Jamie were wonderful and deserve a pay increase for the services they provide, I am sure they are not making what they deserve. It's not often you come across such hard working individuals and it was truly a pleasure. I will not hesitate to recommend the Milwaukee Ale House to anyone that is looking for a wedding/party venue.“

“Had a great breakfast at the Beacon restaurant. We enjoyed the harbor view while eating. We both had coffee, which was nice and strong, and we both ordered the Captain's breakfast. Hubby added an extra overeasy and sausage to go with his bacon. I just ordered bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was cooked perfectly, and the sausage was very tasty. Great portion size. Our server was attentive. The only downside was that we were seated by the door leading to the patio. It was very busy with people going in and out. Our table was definitely too close to it.“
