“Our family drives from Green Bay to get the breakfast sandwiches! The Dr. Pep is in the top 10 things I’ve ever had to eat and I would get it everyday if I could!! Donuts are good and coffee is great too!“

“First time at this Dunkin location and we were around the area for an appointment. There are three windows and the lady told us to pull up to the first window but the first window looked like it was just a walk up window for your order in front of the Dunkin building, so we drove past it and got to second window- no one was there so we went to third window and there was no one there either and we ended up making two circles around until we drove behind the customer that was behind us from before.

Knocked one star down on my review because this can be confusing for people who aren’t from the area. Might be helpful to add ‘pay here’ and ‘pick up here’ signs on the windows.“

“It was a very busy July 3rd that evening with the parade and fireworks. There were two young ladies working in the store that evening doing what seemed to be the work that should typically take FIVE people to do. They both were working two registers, serving BR ice creams, making food orders, serving coffee, and packing donuts. Over the course of the evening people also kept streaming in to use the bathrooms and creating lines for those that blended in with people waiting for food. By the end of the night the place was not very clean. I just wanted to say that both these young ladies were absolute gems and worked their asses off for hours and hours looking no more than just frazzled. Sitting outside across the street for the festivities I saw the two of them hug each other through the window as they closed and started to clean. These two need to be recognized and commended for their hard work and commitment doing all the work they did and facing what had to be cleaned up.“

“My drinks always have so much flavor at this location. It’s the only place I prefer to be honest anytime I go anywhere else the drinks are bland , tasteless and basic lol I had no issues until recently I noticed a worker that I haven’t seen before. It’s usually a woman and man at the windows but this was a younger guy. I ordered a toxic espresso, which is my favorite drink at Dunkin’ and it looked nothing like the it was supposed to, very light colored when it’s supposed to be dark. It was missing chocolate foam so I asked and he gave me attitude so the drink wasn’t right but he did offer another foam which I declined. I wish they would have just told me ahead of time that they didn’t have the chocolate foam. Other than that I have no issues with my online mobile orders I’m surprised the reviews are so low.“
