It's drive thru only. So, you really can't see how your food is being prepared, and if they're wearing gloves and washing their hands properly.
I haven’t had dunkin in over 10 years. Angel was very nice, patient and offered suggestions. I never even knew butter pecan existed inside of an ice coffee. 10/10!! He didn’t rush me and he was very pleasant!! He even told me to try the ice coffee to see if it was to my liking!! In the world we live in it’s so hard to find great customer service but Angel provided that, kudos to him!!
Sat in drive thru line was the other drive thru took two people and so I pulled Forwarded. I waited total in line for 20 minutes for a coffee. Ridiculous

Dunkin' on Brown Deer is a drive-thru only location with friendly, fast service from staff. The interior is basic and not well-lit, making it hard to tell if the shop is open. Drinks are decent but sometimes slow due to communication issues, and there is too much ice in the refreshers. The parking lot is not very well maintained.
