Customer service on the phone is horrible. Missing items and food made incorrectly. Call about the mistake and get some b.s excuse that they cannot help even though the order was placed through their websit. The manager was really rude and does not care about fixing the problem. Staff needs restraining.
Drive through is only ever open & then when you don’t know that the lobby is closed at noon employees get frustrated & madTIP MAYBE PUT A SIGN UP OR ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT LOBBY ISNT
