We had our first dinner at Max’s last night! I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Max and his daughter cooked us the most wonderful meal and our server Erica was amazing at her job! Thank you so much! We had a great time! ❤️
OHHHHHH MY GOSH THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! WE CAME HERE FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY! WE HAD THE CRAB CAKES AND NACHOS FOR APPETIZERS! AND BLACKENED MAHI MAHI FISH TACOS AND SEAFOOD FAJITAS FOR OUR MEALS!!! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! SERIOUSLY EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! LOVED IT ALL!!!!!!! AND THE HOMEMADE MANGO SALSA ON THE CRAB CAKES WAS JUST SO DELICIOUS!!!! HOW HAVE WE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE! WILL BE BACK! EVEN MET THE OWNER MAX!!!!!!!! LOVED EVERYTHING! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
We showed up at Max’s Bistro on 10/7 and were seated immediately and started to browse the menu. We were then approached by staff who had seated us and said we had to leave the table because she was supposed to sit a table of 8 where we were sitting. How embarrassing for them and for us. We were excited to eat at this establishment and will not come back again due to their lack of not knowing how to manage their restaurant.

The jalapeño margarita was great, and entrees like lobster burrito, buzo tacos, vegetarian fajitas, and swordfish were tasty and filling, with the Baja fajitas being particularly praised for their freshness. Customers have noted that the guacamole and salsa are the best around, while the street tacos were better than most places in the area. However, there was a slight issue with the inaccurate pricing of some dishes and the rice and beans could use some improvement.
