“Came into town on a business trip and spent most of my money coming to eat here. The food was absolutely amazing every time and if I had the stomach space I would have got triple the amount I did. Never had any major problems with my orders apart from not receiving utensils(I’ll live). Other than that it’s an amazing family owned shop that I’ll recommend coming to for anyone visiting. The very last day I was there for my trip I called ahead with a big order the gentleman who I didn’t catch his name got all of my food finished while taking care of other customer in the span of about less than 40 minutes. I was expecting a lot longer of a wait but they got me in and got me out in little to no time. Of course I gave him a hefty tip too especially the fact he had his little girl there that I could tell was causing some stress but he got it all figured out. All of the food was made perfect to order and fed my family plentiful.Only real critiques I would have with the food is that the fries can be hit or miss on the flavor department or being too dry but it’s nothing major. The lemonade was a little bitter for my pallet. And the garlic mashed potatoes that I got on my first visit were a little too chunky. But all in all those small things don’t take away from the fact that everything else was absolutely amazing and made me feel so happy with every bite. And as for the restaurant the decor is a little dated and the stools were a bit rough to sit on but I took my food to go so I’m not going to let that completely effect my review as well as that’s the best part of the charm of this place. Doesn’t feel like it’s a corporate restaurant and is welcome to anyone and everyone. If you have the money and the time 100000% come to this amazing spot you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend the gyros too. They are exquisite“
“Amazing place! Delicious, high quality food. Courteous, fast service. Their pineapple curry is delicious, and the spring rolls with peanut sauce is fantastic. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options! Veggie spring rolls, egg rolls, veggie soups, etc.“
“Make reservations here!!! Caleb was our waiter and he was everything a waiter should be. Very impressed. I have high standards with how waitstaff should be, as I used to be one and he was incredible. Attended to each table on its own & did not rush.My husband ordered a caesar salad tossed in ranch and he said that was the best salad he’s ever had. He is a rib eye guy and went ahead and ordered the rib eye, medium rare, with the Irish Whiskey sauce with onions & mushrooms. That had to be the best rib eye him & I have ever had while dining out!!The special was Scallops, topped with a seasoned bread crumb with Au Gratin potatoes & vegetable was green beans. That is what I wanted, so I ordered! These scallops w/ the potatoes were mouth watering, right with the rib eye!**Awesome establishment to take your loved one on a date! Or even a group of family & friends. The stained glass work was nice decor to look at. Nice variety of wines & alcohol beverages to choose from or an ice water with a fresh lemon! I hope this helps you decide on where to go !!!Parking: Because this restaurant is downtown, be prepared to park & walk. Not far, but at least a block. It’s well worth it though! Just drop off your lady. She can wait in the warm entrance for you!“
“Had dinner here for the first time on a recommendation. Food was great, steaks were a perfect med rare, staff was friendly, service was quick with only a 2-3 minute wait, and our waitress Rebecca was spot on. We will definately be return customers.“
“Legit cajun food north of the cornbelt. I had the shrimp and grits. Spice is noticeable and there is a generous topping of forward flavoring red peppers and tomatoes. Really nom but the grits were subtle under all the flavor.I took a gumbo home cuz I couldn’t decide between the two.Definitely recommend! Each entree is around $22-26. Worth it!!“
“Food was very good. I was a little disappointed at the lack of accommodations to gluten allergies. Though the gluten free menu is nice, no one with a gluten allergy will ever be able to experience any of your sauces, which really are the backbone of so many of your menu offerings. Tapioca starch, corn starch, gluten free soy sauce: it’s not that difficult to accommodate, and to make no effort at all to accommodate to gluten allergies in any of your sauces is pretty disappointing.“
