There were 4 flies harassing me when I was there and i couldn't get up and move to a different table because all the other tables were either occupied or more dirty than the one I sat at (my table was dirty but only a little bit). The staff was very polite and nice to me and I do understand if it was too busy to clean because I had come near lunch time, but being harassed by 4 flies while im starving is not very awesome
The manager went above and beyond for me and my kiddos today. I've never had better customer service or more neatly made sandwiches from a Subway. She was patient with us, wrapped my kids' shared footlong pieces individually, offered us water cups with lids to turn them into sippy cups for my littles and more. Excellent service ordered subs for event and they had it done and ready when we needed it.
