Subway is a restaurant known for its friendly employees and good food, but some customers have expressed concerns about the lack of air conditioning, which can make the environment uncomfortable, especially for the staff. Despite this, the restaurant is praised for its excellent customer service, with employees being described as kind and accommodating, even when dealing with difficult customers.
