“I hesitate to write such a glowing review because I don't want to draw others to this hidden gem in Westby. My fiance and I visited over a quiet Sunday and it was so incredibly... pleasant. I don't think I can think of a better word to describe it. The view over looking the vineyards, the smell of wood fired pizza, the quiet conversation out on the shaded deck. Absolutely phenomenal. Bonus points for turning non-wine drinkers like us into not only finding MULTIPLE kinds we enjoy, but leading to us walking out with 6 bottles in hand. Phenomenal pricing and service as well. Now don't share this because we want the place to ourselves :P”

“Israel, a employee of this establishment, was the nicest waiter i have ever had. He is a hard worker and needs a pay raise. I talked to him for less than 5 minutes and I can tell he is a wonderful man. He has 2 kids at home and I know he makes a great father.”

“To manage expectations, this is not a luxury place… it’s more like an enclosed “motel.” However, for the price, it’s a great value. I have booked a few rooms here three years in a row (to float the Kickapoo on the Viroqua music festival weekend in July) and I’ve had a great experience each year. Management was great and other staff personnel were adequate. Again, it’s great for the price for what it is. Thanks for accommodating our group Norske Inn!”

“The food here is always amazing and well put together, but the service can heavily very due to new people working there all the time. So you can (once in a blue moon) get a sour worker that can be touchy every time you go in, and they are there. But overall, great little sub shop!”

“Stopped in for a quick bite. We ordered from the kiosk and then sat down. The gal who brought our order was really nice. We forgot to order water cups, so I went up front, and a different gal gave me the cups, and a 3rd gal offered to help me carry the cups to our table. Very friendly staff.
The food was great. The only issue was someone was very heavy-handed on the sauce for our sons sandwiches he ordered. (Bacon egg and cheese bagel)
Otherwise, we really liked this location.
Bathrooms were clean, which huge kudos, because that's not normal at many locations we've been to.”
