“Our experience there was not at all like I expected it to be with as many repeat customers that were there. I’d like to start out by saying that this was our first visit there. The “regulars” that we met were phenomenal! Kindest people we’ve met in a while! They raved about the meatloaf as it was an obvious choice for a lot of the customers there. Wish we would’ve ordered it. I believe I counted 9 plates of the meatloaf being served. Clearly a hit which is great! The restaurant was nice and clean. But the service today by our waitress was one of the worst I’ve experienced! I get it that the world we live in now days is nothing like it was 30- 40 years ago but I still expect good customer service. The 3 other customers we walked in with (who we were not with us) were offered water and drinks after the sat down while were never offered water or drinks. We were given a place mat, our silverware and the menus and we were almost immediately asked for our order. I had to ask for the water otherwise I don’t believe we would’ve gotten any. My order was given to me missing a few things and the young waitress completely dismissed it and us which had me having to ask the other waitress for it. Not sure if we rubbed our waitress the wrong way and she didn’t care for us but she made us feel unwanted and very uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate cause what we ordered to eat wasn’t bad. The “senior and or military discount” (not looking for a free meal here) was never offered to us which apparently is a staple there. We give the service by our waitress almost a 1 ⭐️. Please do better!”

“We tried the pizza today for the very first time. Has been constantly slipping our minds. We are kind of pizza snobs. I'm extremely meat squeamish especially with sausage. Pleasantly surprised the flavor was amazing and no scary hard things lol We also are picky with our sauce. Their marinara is amazing! We both loved ours and will definitely be back. They look after us knowing as a wheelchair user we have problems normal couples dont have but make us feel comfortable and assist us without fuss. I absolutely love how they have an updated "menu of the month" as well, it really forces me to try things I usually never would.. and every time its been a great experience.
