Egg Yolk Cafe is a great place with excellent food, huge portions, and amazing service at great prices. Their Alfredo sauce is a highlight. Although the restaurant recently experienced a fire, the community is rallying behind them, offering support and prayers. The adjacent truck stop offers convenient parking and fuel options, despite some paving issues. The cafe's fans eagerly await its reopening.
