“My 7 yo daughter and I stopped in today grab some lunch for the first time. Our server was Christina and she was simply amazing! We never had to request for a refill and she made sure we had everything we needed. She offered helpful suggestions, too. Children's menu was great with lots of options and the menu has lots of variety as well. I did get the Artichoke dip which was the best I've had. 10/10 and we'll stop again when we're in the area.“

“The Delafield American Legion is your home away from home. Friendly atmosphere, you always leave making new friends. They offer food, drinks, and have a hall available to rent for special events. The patrons and staff are very friendly. We have spent quite a few days hanging out here, as well as been to a few events put on by The American Legion. Good place to spend time and make a few new friends when in town.“

“They charge a credit card service fee. Terrible! It’s already $40+ for a small piece of chicken and risotto. Very basic and over priced food. The chicken was extremely moist but salty. Almost as if they soak it for days in a salt brine.

The portions were also on the smaller side for the price.

Top notch balsamic glaze.

The decor and atmosphere also does not warrant a $50+ a person meal. For instance, the tables were sticky and the waitress was wearing shorts.“

“Overall great place. Knew previous owners before the current but I am happy the vibes are still the same! Minor difficulty to get to the ramp if cars are there if you are wheelchair-bound or using a stroller. Still great! Love the food and ice cream!

Parking: There is only 3 or 4 parking spaces before the signs of tenants parking which is only 2.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Great to bring kids for ice cream

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access however cars aren't super mindful of it so you might have difficulty getting to the ramp.“

“We had such a nice lunch today at around 2pm, the food was fantastic. The main reason for leaving a review though, is for the wonderful service we received from our waitress. I got the chicken littles as an appetizer and my husband got soup and immediately we were impressed. Followed up by steak for him and a Parmesan crusted grilled cheese for me kept the amazing food going. Then the desserts brought us over the finish line to an amazing meal. “Culvers is a great place to stop for some custard. I have to give kudos to the guy at the drive through taking our order. We ordered pints of custard to go. He pointed out that if we order on more pint we would save a fair amount of money. He didn't have to do it, but because he pointed it out, we ordered more and was able to save some cash-something we all want/need to do these days. “So got to share this I had used a delivery service to order food from Sweet Dreams yesterday. Anyway somehow through the process things got messed up and I didn't get everything I ordered. I had ordered a few extra things cause my birthday is coming up this month and I love their food
Anyway I was very disappointed and a bit upset. So I messaged both the delivery service and Sweet Dreams, not really expecting to hear back. I didn't want anything but hoped that Amy telling would make them aware, so these issues could save others from having to go through it. And as expected delivery service did not respond. And to my surprise Sweet Dreams did and more surprise I received my meal and extra.
So even though I already brag the place up to family, friends, and new people.
Now I want the world to know how wonderful the people at Sweet Dreams and the food is great, especially onion rings and mushrooms.

“My husband and I had dinner at Twisted Fire, Oconomowoc, WI on Thursday, June 17, 2022. It was fabulous! I ordered Truffle Fries, Chorizo Stuffed Dates wrapped in bacon & pipperada sauce = sooo delish! I have to go back and order these again! Out of this world amazing! I also ordered the Tuna Special which was grilled to perfection and came with baked small potatoes and baby broccoli tips all prepared just right. My Husband ordered the Italian Pizza with Breadsticks. He also raved about his choices. We want to give a shout out to our server Colton who was knowledgeable, and so fun! The whole night was worth every pretty penny spent there. We can’t wait to go back! This was my second time there and both times they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to you Twisted Fire for beautiful atmosphere and a ton of Gluten Free choices. The whole experience is worth going back again!“

“I've heard the name many times but I've never stopped in to check it out. Was out with a group of friends on the motorcycles and we decided it looked like a great option to grab a quick bite. For starters the bloody was pretty good, could use a little more toppings but overall pretty good. The absolute best thing I had and I will come back just for this alone was the hot honey cheese curds. These were absolutely incredible! Fluffy dough almost like a funnel cake and the cheese was on point, the hot honey was something it would not expect but it was one of the best I've ever had with a cheese curd! I had an OK burger and it was cooked to perfection! Everything was exactly how I asked and it absolutely delivered! I tried some of my friends mac and cheese and it was ok, I definitely think it could have used some more different cheeses. With that size plate I couldn't eat it all because the flavor was boring to me. She enjoyed it and she loves mac and cheese so it's something you'll have to try for yourself. The atmosphere was pretty cool, lots of space, many tables and places to sit at the bar. The pricing and service was fair, nothing to complain about.“

“Have been going to Woody's since August 2021. Friendly staff, and great selections on the menu. Location is great for people who like to ride motorcycles, bicycles or car. Located on HWY 83 and routes to many other contry roads. My personal favorites are the burgers or cracked chicken. Everything is good no matter what you order.“

Picked the plane randomly when deciding where we wanted to go for a Friday fish fry that we hadn't tried before and ended up here in the basement of an American legion.
The drinks were strong, the food was ready very fast and very good, like surprisingly good! The server was on point. It is in a bar so keep that in mind.“

We waited an extended amount of time before we were greeted at our table. Our 1st batch of fish was warm at best. We waited 10-15 minutes with NO fish before our waitress returned to our table to ask if we wanted more. She then took our French fries and didn’t bring more back with the fresh serving of fish. My biggest complaint is if an establishment is going to charge extra per plate for the all you can eat option PLEASE train your staff to be attentive to their tables and bring the fish as needed as that is what we are paying for. Every time we decide to come for Friday night fish we always hope for a better experience but unfortunately that’s not been the case for some time now.“
