“We stopped in last night 11/9 after a comedy show in downtown Milwaukee. We were in a rush as we had a two plus hour drive home and I was craving a burger. It was around 7:30 on Saturday night. Very few people. Very few staff. Waitress was very friendly and efficient. I had a mushroom and swiss burger and fries. Hubby had steak, potatoes and green beans. Admittedly I didn't take any photos because plating was nothing special. Actually plating was really sad looking. But I just have to say my burger was SO good! One of the best I've had anywhere. I also had them bring me the beer cheese dip they serve with their soft pretzels for me to dip my fries. I'm not a fan of ketchup. That beer cheese dip was very good as well.
Definitely give the mushroom and swiss burger a try!!

“My 7 yo daughter and I stopped in today grab some lunch for the first time. Our server was Christina and she was simply amazing! We never had to request for a refill and she made sure we had everything we needed. She offered helpful suggestions, too. Children's menu was great with lots of options and the menu has lots of variety as well. I did get the Artichoke dip which was the best I've had. 10/10 and we'll stop again when we're in the area.“

“I was in town for a training over the weekend and was told about the Friday Fish Fry at the American Legion. I am a Legion member and decided to check it out. You will get no better service, atmosphere, food, or drink! This post made me feel right at home for the entire evening made me glad I stopped in and gave me pride in that veteran community! “Four of us enjoyed three courses with suggested wine pairings. Everything was so FANTASTIC from the service to food preparation. I have not been able to get the Whipped Feta out of my mind for the past week!!! The Short Rib Pasta, Salmon Entree, and Tiramisu were all highlights as well. Service was friendly and accommodating. “My husband and I had dinner at Twisted Fire, Oconomowoc, WI on Thursday, June 17, 2022. It was fabulous! I ordered Truffle Fries, Chorizo Stuffed Dates wrapped in bacon & pipperada sauce = sooo delish! I have to go back and order these again! Out of this world amazing! I also ordered the Tuna Special which was grilled to perfection and came with baked small potatoes and baby broccoli tips all prepared just right. My Husband ordered the Italian Pizza with Breadsticks. He also raved about his choices. We want to give a shout out to our server Colton who was knowledgeable, and so fun! The whole night was worth every pretty penny spent there. We can’t wait to go back! This was my second time there and both times they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to you Twisted Fire for beautiful atmosphere and a ton of Gluten Free choices. The whole experience is worth going back again!“

“The staff is so friendly and the food has been hot & fresh on our last few visits! Today during our visit, a few staff waved at my daughter when we entered and one of the managers even gave a stuffed Scoopie to one of his employees to give to my toddler! It made her day. Located on HWY 83 and routes to many other contry roads. My personal favorites are the burgers or cracked chicken. Everything is good no matter what you order.“

“We were passing through the area and randomly picked sideliners, definitely a good choice! food was amazing, I haven't had a place hit the spot like sideliners. service was good. drinks always topped off, food came out fairly quick which was surprising for how good it was. everything my family picked was great. sooner or later I'll make the 2hr drive just to eat there. highly highly recommend. and the price for 4 of us total wasnt bad either, especially for the quality of our meals.“

“This establishment is located in the basement of the American Legion. We were greeted warmly by the bartender and sat down to look over the menu at a 4 top table. The bartender took our food order and within 10 minutes all four of our lunches were brought out piping hot and delicious!! Definitely will be returning to try a fish fry and possibly a pizza!“

“This is a nice local bar in Pewaukee. ***In all fairness, my food rating is based on a frozen pizza cooked after the grill was closed. It was available and ok. If it were about ten pm and I wanted a bar pizza, I would order this again.That being said, the server was attentive and very nice. I ordered a Bloody Mary hot. It was reasonably priced and came with a nice amount of fixings. I also received a decent amount for a beer chaser.I was meeting a friend briefly as she drove through town, so we didn't explore the many things available at the bar.They had pool tables and other machines there. ( I wasn't looking too closely, I'm sorry.)I will probably plan another late meeting with my friend as she finishes her classes at WCTC.

“First time at Zesti, for my birthday and we will be back as a regular in the rotation for sure. The menu is diverse and nicely different than other restaurants. A great choice of pastas, salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, pizza and deserts. Full choice of beverages with a great wine list and a surprisingly inexpensive evening! I was just expecting the sirloin but no he came out with all the sides that came with it and boxed it up for me. Our waitress was amazing and very understanding and very polite and told me it was okay as I am not one to complain about my food!!! Totally will be back and recommending this place!!!“
