We had our October wedding at boxed and burlap and absolutely loved it!! The bridal suite was so nice to have such a great space to get ready. It was also so nice to be on site while getting ready to check in with any vendors. Our guests also loved that there were may options of places to hangout during the reception. THE best space to host your wedding!!! I've photographed at Boxed & Burlap time and time again and I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to get married in the greater IL / Wisconsin area! We were at the farm location. The coffee, atmosphere, and surroundings are quite lovely, but it's the baristas that really put this place over the top! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Boxed and Burlap is a unique coffee house that offers expertly made specialty coffee drinks, including their own roasted coffee. The decor immediately makes you feel like you have stepped into a story book coffee shop straight out of a novel. It is peaceful and chic, a light, airy and refreshing coffee shop. The shop also provides art classes, a relaxing space, and delicious pastries and chocolates with non-dairy milk options. The atmosphere is fantastic and the coffee is pretty good, making it a charming spot despite being rather cramped. There is a narrow stairwell that provides some additional seating upstairs overlooking the main floor, which is often used for semi-formal events. The reading nook under the stairs is adorable for kids! Visitors found the caramel macchiato to be one of the best, and the matcha latte was a 10/10. The Sugar + Spice Latte and Sunrise Latte were amazing. Service is fast and pleasant, and the venue is highly recommended. Parking is available in a gravel lot with unmarked spaces. Overall, Boxed and Burlap excels in ambiance, comfort, and coffee, making it a standout location.
