“Fun atmosphere with a great bartender!“

“I found myself driving to Lacrosse Memorial day weekend and was a little of the beaten path when I found a hole in the wall bar open for lunch. I was greeted with hellos from the two employees that I saw. I was immediately asked what I wanted to drink and received a can of diet coke with a glass of ice, along with a menu. Seem to be a very neat and clean place to the extent of changing the grease in the fryer that day. I placed an order for a burger and fries, it came quickly and tasted great. The half a dozen other patrons seemed to be regular / locals and made me feel right at home. Sounded like the bar had new owners and they did a great job decorating and sounded like they have live music once in a while. I paid my tab and received some directions and got back on the road. If I find myself near Eastman WI again I will definitely stop in.“

“We stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. They have rebranded into a BBQ place which was a good move. The Breaded Mushrooms were excellent. The staff hand breads them so not pre packaged. The smoked wings were flavorful and juicy with a great selection of BBQ sauce. Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent as were the Onion Rings. Attentive staff and good price. Overall great experience.“

“We're from out of town (Joliet, Illinois) & stopped in last Thursday night. The plan was to start at Bob's & work our way westward down the street, hitting several bars (as we usually do when in town). That never happened because the bartender (Jen) was so friendly to the wife & I that we never went to any other bar, even though they didn't even have my beer (Rolling Rock). We drank there for several hours & then headed back to the hotel. That's how welcome we felt, thanks Jen!“

“We had my mom cancer benefit here and the staff was 100% friendly and eager to help with any questions etc. I can't recall getting the younger gals name that was bartending, but she had dark shoulder length hair and the other one was my 5th grade math teacher Susan Cooley ( oops excuse me I meant Mrs. Cooley?) lol but it was so nice to see her and hear about her grandbabies. It's crazy how the years get away from us in the blink of an eye and everything has changed from then to the present.“
