Service was absolutely amazing and so was the food until a long black hair was found in my beef brisket!! I've got blonde hair so I know it was not mine. Unfortunately this was about 15 min after they closed so I couldn't address the issue with management.

So this is a required pit stop anytime we are traveling through Eau Claire. The smoked meats are 110% on point. The ribs were perfect in my opinion along with the burnt ends. The sides were amazing!! If you like baby red potatoes then you will definitely be in heaven with their buttery goodness of mashed baby reds. The staff is very helpful nice and helpful with any questions you may have. The food here is spectacular. Brisket potato is heavenly. Massive portion. Flavor is the best I’ve ever had! Totally worth the drive. We came from 2 hours away and worth every mile!!!
