Simply didn’t make an online order. When called, said they never saw one for my number. When he looked in the computer, he then found it. He couldn’t tell me how it didn’t get made. Zero cares or willingness to do anything except refund my money. No manager was present and nobody to talk to.
Haven't had pizza hut for a while. ordered the box deal with pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. It was very good! Sure hit the spot, everything was perfect.
we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with BBQ sauce. instead of the BBQ sauce being on the pizza we got it in a cup on the side.
