“Our family has been a consistent customer with the store on Val Vista & Southern in Mesa AZ for many years. I tried to order online tonight but it wasn’t available at this time. My husband went to the store with a WRITTEN list of what we wanted and the store got it wrong. The pizza that should have been a family size was only a large when we got it home. It had far less toppings on the pizza than all our previous orders. As much as I like PM pizza, I’m not sure I’ll go back. I can’t reach the store by phone as there is construction in the area and the phones are out for the duration. Very poor customer service today!“

“I've tried just about every pizza in the area over the years I've lived here but I always come back to Paul Revere's as my favorite. It's definitely a unique style (Quad Cities style) but is always great. From chewy crust to seasoned sauce and plenty of cheese, it really is some of the best in the area. Don't forget the breadsticks!“

“The customer service was excellent! I am very indecisive and the cashier was very patient and helped me choose. My friend also ran into an issue with payment and the manager was very nice and flexible. I will definitely be back!! :)“
“Let me be the first to tell you this new spot is amazing. Guy working is clearly having a fun day at work engaging and having a ball. Store is clean and beautiful. Didn’t tip because I didn’t have cash so did this google review instead. If you need some pizza in a pinch stop over here. I live on the other side of town and I’ll be stoping here if I need quick pizza. 5/5 10/10“

“At 11 am today Wednesday the 10th of January 2024 the standard hostess with the outstanding personality and charm once again did a phenomenal job at lunch. Mushroom Swiss, chips, pickels and a Pepsi without ice made for another fine lunch meal. Thank you“

“I just want to give a review regarding a gentleman name Jeremy that delivered our food tonight. 4/17/2026 in the middle of the rain/hail storm. He was amazing. It was pouring and hailing he didn’t complain not once’s. He apologized for the inconvenience of the delivery time. Which my food was great and hot so no worries. He was also very friendly and outgoing. I’d give him 10/10 thank you Jeremy you are the bomb. Wish there’s more people like you in the world“

“Most times we come here we have a great experience. Today there are different people working and it shows. I’m sitting in our booth watching my kids play and multiple tables (that came in after us) get their food. I go up to ask and the guy goes in back, comes out and says, “they forgot to make it. They’ll do it now.” Then walks away. No, “I’m sorry” or anything. Pretty rude.“

“I had a great experience! The manager on shift was super helpful and friendly, as well as patient with me because I was new with all of this, even with trying to look up the menu before hand. She explained everything to me with a smile on her face! Pizza was DELICIOUS! I look forward to coming back and trying a few more things!!“

“I discovered Sam's when I moved into their neighborhood 1 -1/2years ago. Sam's is the best pizza in Janesville, fresh ingredients and delicious crust! I order their pizza at a minimum at least twice a month. Mary and her staff are wonderful and very kind and accommodating.“
