Parador has been our family's absolute favorite restaurant for 12 years. This is saying a lot coming from a group of foodies that otherwise live in a big city when not in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. Simply cannot express how sad we are to see it close. But make no mistake, they leave on a high with incredible busyness and rave reviews. Am just hearing of parador now, it’s a shame they will be closing. Made a reservation to try Parador out, was happily greeted and seated.Nice Selection of tapas dishes, all of the plates tried were good! The dates were a bit too sweet for my liking, but that is minor.Tried a sangria and glass of wine. Sangria was so/so but again, that’s more personal preference.Thank you all for the fantastic service.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was perfect and the staff were excellent! Smaller shareable plates made it easy to order a couple options for our table and everything was delicious. Definitely coming back!
