“Twice now, after delivering on the island I've rolled up to the ferry just as they were ready to leave. They dropped the ramp back down and got me on board. Need to bring the crew donuts next time“

“We were seated at a table directly below an AC vent which was blowing very cold air. We asked if it could be adjusted ( this was a small unit which didn’t impact the whole restaurant basically just our table) waitress said and I quote “ no sorry I’m hot “ … ok so all 5 of us got up and moved to another table which must have irritated the waitress because our wait time increased exponentially … it was 2 pm and not busy but took 20 minutes to take our order of soup & grilled cheese sandwiches then an hr to get our order … it was obviously sitting for a time as the soup was Luke warm and cheeses on the sandwich had gone rubbery. The waitress also slopped a quarter of my soup out of the bowl & onto the plate it was on but didn’t care just served it that way . This use to be a great place new owners won’t last long like this which is too bad“

“Sara who answered the phone to take our reservation was so friendly, helpful and so sweet! We ate inside and it was so good. We had the salmon and steak and both were amazing! The bread was so good as well as the side salad. It was our 1st time trying LURE and it was 10/10 and we will be back!! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu as it looked top notch… keep doing an amazing job LURE! Even with it being such a busy weekend- service was quick and top notch!!“

“There are several Italian restaurants in Door County. And yet, once again, there I was...in the land of whitefish and walleye. Eating pasta from my very favorite place to eat pasta. I swear these people have an Italian chef being held hostage in a cooler full of perch....Creating absolutely insane pasta dishes. Like the current special which involves Green goddess sauce with pistachio and I'm pretty sure... fairy dust. Oh, and have I mentioned the cocktail creations? My latest was made with gin infused with baobob. (Oh ... and the seafood is awesome too)“
