I ordered a DQ cake online for Father's Day to be picked up today at the Ellsworth location. When I got there, the girl couldn't find the cake. I showed her my email confirmation showing it would be ready today at noon. I was told "I don't know, it's a manager thing." She also mentioned this happened to someone else the other day. I asked if I could just get a plain cake and she said "we don't have any".Unbelievable!!! This is completely infuriating!!! I will never go back to...read full review
They close whenever they want even though they are suppose to be open until the time posted. They just throw their food together so you get it a mess. Had some tickets for the kids meal free ice cream cones to which they couldn't "ring up", so we had to pay for the kids treat twice. Horrible place with unknowledgable staff.

Ellsworth DQ is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Every time you go there, the employees are the rudest I have ever had anywhere, they are slow as ever, close early, say you are lying about stuff, and can’t get anything correct!
