We’ve had 5 different drivers in the past two months. Also have products on back order for past 5 weeks. Ridiculous. To top it off, last night our delivery driver didn’t even come in our driveway when he was literally leaving the neighbor. Tried calling Schwanns main office and Fennimore with no answers or reply calls. How is this customer service?
Our normal delivery guy was fired due to not enough sales they were nice enough to give him notice but the new guy is really pushing for sales. Not really what I want from a person coming to our house to sell food.

I saw a scwans employee at quick trip and asked if I could buy some gold nugget bars . He told me he could sell them to me but they have to still charge me a delivery fee of $3.99. That is ridiculous. If he is not delivering to me why should I have to pay a delivery fee . I'm not buying from them
