“We just had an amazing lunch at Cut restaurant in Fish Creek, this afternoon. I ordered the Quattro Formaggio Grilled Cheese (with caramelized onion jam), which was outstanding. My husband ordered the Cut Crafted Burger (wagyu beef), also very delicious and cooked to perfection. Both lunch entrees came with a side of the most incredible french fries I've eaten. Ever. The ambience was warm and polished-we sat inside (outdoor covered seating also available). Our server was very personable and friendly, checking in with us throughout to ensure we had everything needed to enjoy our meal. Without a tip, our lunch was only $40-we had a top shelf experience with quite a reasonable pricetag. Our compliments to the owners and chef, we will definitely be back!“

“There are several Italian restaurants in Door County. And yet, once again, there I was...in the land of whitefish and walleye. Eating pasta from my very favorite place to eat pasta. I swear these people have an Italian chef being held hostage in a cooler full of perch....Creating absolutely insane pasta dishes. Like the current special which involves Green goddess sauce with pistachio and I'm pretty sure... fairy dust. Oh, and have I mentioned the cocktail creations? My latest was made with gin infused with baobob. (Oh ... and the seafood is awesome too)“

“Excellent food. We loved the French Onion Soup, Ribeye, Fries and the incredible desserts. Most of all, we loved Carlton. He took great care of us and made it fun. Megan was super helpful as well. Great experience.“
