I attempted to order ice cream and was literally scolded by some old man. I was so embarrassed. I'm sorry i didn't call it Custard but that's no way to treat people. I was warned to not go there but the place looked so cute with the playground for my daughter and i saw other kids feeding ducks. Not worth it after crying in my car for 20 minutes afterwards.
i gave this place a bad review and they blocked me from fb instead of attempting to have a conversion. that is the complete opposite of what a good business should do. you can block a million fb accounts of people calling you out for being rude, but i can create a million and one accounts.
it's absolutely obnoxious to sell to customers who have been waiting in line for nearly a half hour and then immediately tell them to leave. i would've liked to have a conversation about this with management but i was met with rude comments by one guy and ignored by a lady. i attempted to discuss on messenger but was told i was in the wrong. horrible customer experience, would not recommend. i used to be a faithful customer- been there well over 100 times in the past 35...read full review
