“I took my family out to brunch at the Ihop in Fond Du Lac and we were met with a wonderful server named Abby. The restaurant had been experiencing some technical difficulty and this caused operations to slow down however Abby conducted herself extremely well. She pushed through and served not only my family but many others with a smile and strong perseverance to get the job done. I believe she is the definition of a strong and accomplished individual in the workplace and I hope that Ihop will recognize the efforts she puts into making Ihop a wonderful and warm place to gather with family and friends. honorable mention to the GM of Ihop in Fond Du Lac as well as she was working along side her staff and was very kind and checked on us and had a wonderful interaction with my little baby girl. I believe her leadership is what helps motivate individuals like Abby to be their best. Great work to the both you. I hope to see you again next time.“
