“AMAZING customer service! I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered my coffee only to realize I could not find my wallet. Frantically searching my back seat and coming up empty handed (while also panicking where it could be) I told the drive thru lady to quit making my order. She was so kind and generous and they still gave me my order and told me “it happens to the best of us, I hope your day gets better.” I’m completely taken aback! This completely changed the outlook of my day. Thank you Starbucks ♥️“
“We went inside, placed a simple of a caramel macchiato and vanilla latte. We waited 30 minutes and asked if our order was anywhere close to being made. We were offered a refund. If you can't keep up with app orders, drive thru, and inside orders, at least tell the people ordering inside there will be a longer than usual wait.“
