“The team is amazing here! I put in an order for one of the big coffee travelers for a meeting this morning, and when I got there they were ready for me and smiling! I had to order 15 bakery items and they moved quickly, despite being in rush hour, and even offered for me to take free drinks instead of throwing them away because people left them behind. Thank you for all your help!“

“We came in while our car was charging and decided to get a drink for the road. Alex didn't know how to make a London Fog, but he was resourceful and used the recipe card that's available to them. It was perfect! This is my favorite non-coffee drink to get from a Starbucks, especially at 6pm. Thanks, Alex!“

“I had a fabulous interaction this morning with the morning crew baristas...I had placed a mobile order to pick up on my way home from college and had accidentally selected the location on Pioneer road instead of Johnson Street. However, I didn't know I made this mistake until I was at the Johnson Street location and providing the name of my mobile order in the drive-thru. Once I realized what happened I explained that I was at the wrong location and apologized. While pinching myself for this simple mistake and wondering how I would get out of the drive-thru line, the barista didn't even hesitate to offer to make my exact drink at their location for no-cost. In addition, the barista had a great attitude about this and reassured me that it was no problem and that she was happy to make my drink at this location. I can't describe how amazing of an experience this was for me. This saved me from having to drive 10 minutes to the location I had originally sent my drink to. I then called the location that I had originally sent my drink to and explained that they could enjoy my drink due to me going to the wrong location. I also wanted to call out how timely the service was, especially at 6:40am! This crew was awesome. Thank you Starbucks!“
