We were up in Plymouth, WI for the races on Saturday, 6-6:26. We had to leave really early on Sunday for trip home. We were hungry and Fredonia Family Restaurant was actually open that early! We were greeted warmly. The menu is varied and expected for a family restaurant. Our food came quickly and was good, hot and filling. Prices were reasonable. If you're ever going through Fredonia, WI, be sure to stop!
I had the BEST Baked Cod I ever had. For $14.95 Friday night special I had great Chicken dumpling soup, the fish, baked poatoe, corn and tapioca pudding. My hubby had a very good open faced turkey sandwich, mash potatoes, gravy and the same soup I had. Our server Ada was wonderful, bathroom was very clean.
Very good hometown diner. The booth was a little small (or I could be getting bigger). The waitress was super nice and tried her hardest to make my husband’s order how he likes it. I ordered the Ranchero Chorizo skillet and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely a pleasant find.
