Check your to go order before leaving. Special orders are incorrect 99% of the time. When you call to let the manager know, they claim they will send out a replacement coupon. The coupon never comes in the mail.
Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Told to wait at drive through ordering area and then proceeded to go get food to then wait an additional 10 minutes. I literally wrote this review --waiting-- for my food.I did use the app to order the food, so I didn't have to wait when I arrived, and there was nobody else in line ahead of me.Not sure, I will ever come back. They are either understaffed, incompetent, or both.

I dont have high hopes for fast food in general, but this is unacceptable under any circumstances. This sandwich is drowning in grease and the fries are old & over cooked. Killian needs to have a discussion with his management team as this trickles down from them.
