“I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.“

“I came with my sister who is disabled. She uses a walker. When we were leaving I went to get the car closer. She was outside waiting. An employee of yours Carsman I think his name is, came out to help her get in to the car. I can’t tell you out grateful we both were for his kindness. Thought you should know. “Like many fast food places, this location has faced labor shortages BUT even with only 2 staff members, they were quick (as far as Arby's goes, they are known for quality over speed to begin with), accurate, and courteous. They are also raising money for Ozaukee Family Promise which is a tremendous fundraiser“
