We really enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch Mac n cheese but the brisket plate and pork plate tasted like crockpot roasts. Fall apart but still dry. My wife is sensitive to smoked food and couldn’t taste the smoke which I guess worked out for her but I was expecting smoked meat. Brisket was dark brown with no visible smoke ring.
Tonight we had the haddock dinners! The flavor, texture and moisture were perfect!!! The coleslaw was exceptional and the cheese curds were crispy and perfectly seasoned! We could not ask for a more perfect meal! Thank you, Primal Eats!
Awesome food and service. No seed oils either. I wish more places were like this.
