Dairy Cove is the best ice cream shop this side of the Mississippi. It is a family owned place with a large variety of ice cream, shakes and flurries. The delicious soft serve is phenomenal, with many different ways to spice it up. They also have food if craving something salty. Options include a bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds, and a root beer. The cheese curds are BEAUTIFUL. There are dozens of options for both ice cream and food, from ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, and flurries. There were seating options both in the sun and in the shade. Guests can throw bags on cornhole boards or sit in a giant chair. The employees are wonderful, friendly, and personable. This is a 5-star summer-in-the-midwest family favorite and an all-time favorite ice cream destination.
