“My friend and I had a salad, hers with chicken, mine a Caesar with shrimp. Excellent. My dressing was homemade. Our server, Roberta, was a total treat. She played right along with us and our funny responses to her comments and questions. I've been a Spanky's diner for around seven years and am delighted when friends want to meet there.“

Even though this is a bar when you sit outside this is a great place to bring kids. There's room to run in the grass. You can get horseshoes to play and there is a volleyball net and baseball diamond. The staff is always friendly. And there is a kid's menu.“

“Great atmosphere. Great place to meet after work. We went for one toast at 4 and ended up staying till 11. The food was good to. The bartender is another story though, we beat her to the bar. We had to wait for her to get there get set up and get ready to take orders. After the first orders she was pretty much oblivious to us. We were a bunch of guys so it wasn't a problem but when the girls showed up and she still would rather smoke on her hookah instead of cleaning the bar or taking orders it became a problem.“
