I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and packed with perfectly cooked chicken. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was prepared just right.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was great, and the food came out quickly. Sometimes a simple meal can be the best meal when it’s done right, and Dave’s Goalpost Bar & Grill definitely delivered. “There were only a few customers in the restaurant when we were there at 5:45pm, but still it took 30 minutes to get our appetizers for my wife and I. It took 40 minutes to get our entrees.

Service was horrible. Many workers just fooling around instead of helping out.

Horrible music.

It also took over 15 minutes to get our check.

“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. “Having frequented this establishment Many years ago when it was one of Milwaukee‘s most beloved watering holes I was excited to try its new iteration as the waddle inn. My first indication I was in the right place was the beautiful and expansive Bar. My choice was further confirmed with a courteous and friendly bartender who immediately made me a wonderful espresso martini and gave me a few recommendations for dinner. I opted for the steak and Frites And can say it was one of the best I have had in the city I was blown away pleasantly surprised, and I will be coming back for a char grilled burger soon. “Great place to watch a Packers game. Loaded Bloody Mary with chaser $8.50. No credit card for less than $10 charge. Shot for every touchdown. Hot ham and rolls, potato salad, coleslaw, taco dip, tortilla and potato chips, xmas cookies at half time.“

“They don't have prices on the menu for everything. It says MP which stands for Market Price. You have to ask the server what the price is, then they have to look it up to get you the answer. Seems like a waste of time to make a decision on what your going to eat. I had the fish fry which had a price and it was good.“

My opinion is breaded fish is better than battered and this place kills it ! Love the breading on all their fish. I have enjoyed the cod, walleye, blue gill and perch - fantastic.

“Food is great! Wings are my go to here. Get them weekly. Can't beat .75 cent wings. Sriracha Burboun is my favorite. Thai chili, teriyaki, and cajin are also good. Home made ranch that is almost like a spread is some of the best I have had. Drink prices are also great.“

“No better way to start a Brewers game than to go to Kelly's Bleachers. Affordable eats, small menu, delicious food and any drink you could ever want! Best part is when you are done, jump on their shuttle service to the ballpark! Clean, friendly service takes you directly to the front gate. What else could you ask for! They will also bring you back after the game.“

“Great bar good but not typical, eg the usual French Dip is called an Irish Dip, served with sliced tenderloin steak. Cheese and Brat soup for game day. Wings are delicious with lots of sauces.
On Brewers game days their lot fills up fast, but there's plenty of neighborhood street parking.“

“I have been playing golf at STIX for over 7 years now and in leagues for 6. I would recommend STIX because they use the most accurate simulators. It is great for beginners or scratch golfers to work on and their game or keep it sharp during the winter months. The best part, The Staff, always helpful and make you feel like you are home when you walk in the door. Now, they are going to have one in Grafton as well.“

North 48 also has a huge liquor selection and fresh juices for mixed drinks which I thought was a really nice touch.“

The bartender Iris is amazing, she literally handles the whole bar, brings out food orders, and so great as a bartender. I love just watching her make different drinks and socializing with customers. “My wife and I attended the Brewers game on April 1st. We used the shuttle at Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub to get to the ballpark. Before we rode to the game we enjoyed an order of cheese curds and a Bloody Mary. Both the cheese curds and the drinks were delicious. The shuttle drips you off and picks you up just outside the Home Plate entrance. What a great way to get to and from the game. We will definitely do this again. Thanks to everyone at Jackson's for their hospitality and service.“
