“Amazing place! Me and my coworkers placed a mobile order yesterday, and I went to pick up the order. Not only was the order ready when I arrived, but after I placed a separate small order and dropped my coworkers order of Horchata on the ground the young ladies behind the counter offered to remake it with no charge. Thank you young ladies for helping save the day and thank you Frio for being a staple of our community! Well done!“

“I absolutely adore Shellattes. I’m here from New Mexico and my friend brought me here as I staying with her in Neenah. I’ve been here everyday for 4 straight days. I love the coffee esp. lattes and appreciate the variety of sugar free syrups. I’ve had a scone, the Door County baked oatmeal and a strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. All are homemade and absolutely delicious! I also love the gently used bookstore part of the coffee shop as I’m an avid book reader and love that they have thrifty Knick knacks you can buy as well. Comfortable seating with a couch, easy chairs and tables and chairs. A variety of places to sit so I can have my coffee, eat some super delicious food and read a book. This place is totally my vibe! Totally would recommend this place. Oh and the prices are so reasonable. I’d pay double for this in New Mexico.“

CHLOE IS ACTUALLY THE GOAT 😭🔥 I have NEVER experienced customer service like this in my entire life. The second I walked into Dunkin’, Chloe’s service was so amazing I genuinely felt like I was being welcomed into a 5-star restaurant. My drink tasted better than anything I’ve ever had, my food was PERFECT, and Chloe was unbelievably nice. Honestly, Dunkin’ should probably name a donut after her at this point. Give this girl a raise immediately because she is carrying the entire Dunkin’ franchise on her back. 1000/10 service. I would give 50 stars if Google let me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I love this dunkin. Anytime I go there they're so full of energy, sweet and fast to help me with my personal customizations. I had 2 girls for a contest when I couldn't decide what to get somebody else and called back with the ratings. I also got the pleasure of asking my boyfriend to be my boyfriend with the manager writing it on the cup. I absolutely adore this team.“

“A hidden gem coffee roaster in Appleton and well worth the stop just to meet the owner, Dan. Very friendly when he isn’t busy as a bee with local orders for the fox valley. No longer a cafe but if you see his van from 41, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Chai tea latte is good, house made not too sweet but not much spice, but you can taste the black tea so that is a plus.
One note is that they put gluten free cookies in the same display case as the rest so not sure on gluten safety.“

“All the staff here are 10/10 amazing. I never have a poor experience. I go to Starbucks like every day. I'm sure they have my order down pat! Service is always extraordinary. I love it at this location. I've never had great service at any other location. I'll drive to this one rather then others, just for the service alone! “Our child care center came in today for a field trip and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The store was clean and inviting and the staff were amazing. This is one of the best locations and we will definitely be coming back ! Manager Samantha Jeske was extremely accommodating and this by far exceeded our expectations !“

“Drove up as a first time customer, just about an hour before they closed. The server, Kaylee, greeted me with a smile and asked how my day went, right off the bat. Told her I was new, and she did all she could to get me a menu and helped me with some questions on the menu. No sooner than a minute after I decided what I wanted and told them did I have it in my hands. No exaggeration, it was less than a minute. After paying, she told me to have a great day as I turned out of the lane. First sip was great and kept getting better. You bet I'm coming back!!!“
