At this location - Drive thru Tealia - learning the ropes but with a big smile and making sure the order was right made the wait no problem for me. I have not been disappointed from this place for good service. Food is consistent every time. Love that!! Plain chicken wings are so good too!

“I’ve been going here since the old location. I usually get Heather and Papito around the times I go. Food is always quick, conversations great and always jokes to be had. My favorite burger (the only one I get and made into a turkey version) the raging Cajun is no longer on the menu, but they know that’s my same order with a side of Cajun/BBQ fries. “Biked the kids to get 99c cones and the lobby was closed due to low staffing… I thought we’d try to walk thru the drive-thru so I didn’t let the kids down with no ice cream and as we walked towards the drive thru line, an employee came and told us she’d help us on their front patio!… she took our cone order, delivered them out to us, didn’t charge us and gave us coupons to return for more cones another day! 🍦 She was so sweet when she had reason enough to be stressed with a full drive thru line at the lunch hour, low staff and people trying to dine in for the brief moment she came out to help us. “It's Culvers, it's hard to go wrong with their food. This one in particular I've honestly had the best service and food at of all the stores I've been to across the state and country. Really my only quarrel is generally low custard toppings. It's higher quality fast food made by people who generally like their jobs. Go between 2-5pm for generally better service due to lack of other customers.

“I'm a first time customer. My fiance and I Stopped in and grabbed 2 fish sandwiches 2 onion rings and 2 strawberry shakes. Now all of those items are a standard for me.The first bite of an onion ring took me back to the drive up diners... absolutely love them. The fish sandwich was awesome it took me back to my childhood fishing and making fish sandwiches.....Ok now I'm getting to my absolute favorite the strawberry shake... well this is where you were lacking a bit. The strawberries must not have been in season because I bit into a bitter strawberry. Absolutely turned me off of it and I tossed it out. And that's why it's only 3 star for the food. I wouldn't mind trying it again. I just don't want it to be bitter. Look me up and hook me up with a gift card to cover the last shakes price and I'll definitely try plus I'll update my review.I believe it was about $6.80 for each shake.

“Love this qdoba, I come here all the time! The portions are great and I am always beyond satisfied after I eat. The workers are awesome they are very nice and friendly. Overall I love this location and look forward to eating here whenever I go to Appleton!“

“I ordered online for pick up and the process was super easy. I think the only thing they should’ve mentioned online was that if you ordered ice cream you should go to the front and ask for it. I think if I had someone else pick it up for me it could have been missed but I really like the food vault. It’s super easy and convenient.

Inside was clean and there’s WiFi and places to sit. The staff were friendly and helped me get my ice cream.

I got that along with fries, cheese curds, and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are really good, not over-fried and probably was my favorite in this order since it pleasantly surprised me. Everything else was okay and I appreciate them having a no salt option for the fries.“

Today was the first time whoever was working at 2:45pm on 10/31/21 wanted to give me attitude because I had to repeat myself because he couldn’t hear. Raised my voice a little then he gave me attitude and said “don’t do that” I asked what and he said yell. Then I said I didn’t and told me goodbye and couldn’t get any food. I was ordering for 3 people. If I yelled it would be way worse dude. Hope he sees this because you can’t tell someone they’re yelling when you can’t hear them due to your lack of headset issue or hearing. When you tell them twice to repeat themselves yes they’re going to talk a little louder. I’m not one to hold grudges but this was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. “Just came through the drive-through today, Saturday, June 15th @350pm. There is a girl name Anna, who happens to be the manager to this McDonald’s and I am not usually the one to leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful mind blowing excellent experience. There was no way in hell I could not leave a review. As I came through the drive-through, of course some of my family members wanted food to be freshly made so Anna asked me if I just wanted to make the entire order freshly made because I’m gonna have to wait anyways and then told her yeah why not. Because of the weight then added a discount to the entire order which significantly dropped it from 43 down to 26$. I absolutely was not expecting that that was not something that was required by her to do. Absolutely phenomenal service. And one hell of a great manager.“
