“Very polite. Went through the drive through, they got my order right even though I asked for multiple special things. The food I can only give 4 stars because it is Taco Bell after all. But the service was great! It’s so incredibly hard to find fast food restaurants nowadays that have polite, kind and attentive workers. Plus getting the order right. Unfortunately mcd’s is about the worst, at all locations. I’ve found that Taco Bell continues to be one of the best. I’ve found with other places that if you do have an issue, they will do everything to make it better. Even if that means replacing your entire order. This just shows how infrequent they have issues. Someplace like Mcd’s, who has so many screw ups every hour of every day, usually only offer the minimal amount of replacement and recourse for orders that are teeribly wrong. And then they send things in the mail. Almost all Taco Bell’s operate on. Different level, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service, even when, on the rare occasion something gets messed up, they make up for it best that they can. Not just doing the bare minimum. Gotta love tacos!“
“The food was actually really good, the stuff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean the only things I wasn't happy with was, the nacho cheese was only offered in vegan and was extremely disgusting, the smell, taste and was like water.The other problem was that the ice maker in the soda machine wasn't working, and all the sodas were flat and warm. They offered ice from the back, but we were limited on how much they would fill the cups. A large cup was only filled to the bottom quarter of the cup. It didn't help the flat warm drinks. I would eat there again in hopes that these problems are fixedVegetarian options: I like to have vegetarian options, but the vegan cheese is absolutely disgusting, I would not recommend it at all“
“Staff are always so sweet and understanding and always have smiles on their faces. I will definitely be coming back and telling more people about the staff at this location and how sweet and amazing they are.Kid-friendliness: The workers that were working today on 12/29/22 were so sweet and kind. “Only 2 people were working when we picked up our large mobile order on 2/3 at 5PM. They did great being extremely short staffed and fairly busy. Every time we go to Taco Bell my wife's order is messed up and they put sour cream on her items, except today. Short staffed and they got it right. Hopefully these two are recognized for showing up and getting it done.“
“This location does a great job at preparing food. I regularly order a crunch wrap supreme and have extra nacho cheese added the extra is notably added unlike some other locations that are skimpy with ingredients. You get what you pay for at this location. This is my favorite location cause I know my food will be made right.“
