“My husband and I enjoy Indian Cuisine. We have eaten at Indian Restaurants across Wisconsin and throughout the United States; this one is our absolute favorite. The owners are so accommodating and extremely friendly. Everything on the menu is delicious. Presentation is on point and the level of spice is totally in your hands. Portions are large and prices are great. The Marsala Chai is full bodied with a perfect balance of spice. If you are looking for a casual dining experience with the best of Indian Cuisine this is the place to go.“

“This is a family owned business. The owner is very friendly and respectful. There is no place to sit and eat rather it’s a place for togo. The prices of the food are reasonable and the food is also very tasty. My kids loved almost all the vegetarian food items attached photos here. The coconut chutney was authentic chutney without any daal or anything. The poori was really good and the poori masala was very tasty. The size of medu Vada is very big for the price we pay. They do sell vegetables and the groceries. You get almost all the South Indian food items especially Kerala specials. Keep in in that you may need to wait to get freshly made food. We will return again soon.“

“I'm happily very satisfied with this new Indian restaurant in my neighborhood! My friend and I had dinner of garlic naan, samosa( nice dough +bit of heat), butter chicken, chicken & chickpea dish, wine, and dessert, and chai tea. We had take home. Our waiter was patient as we made choices, attentive, even remembering our divided bills details correctly. He brought extra rice for our to go. Show up here for clean place,pleasant soft music, and delicious food.“

“Baithak of Punjab is the restaurant you need to visit to experience the best Pakistani food on Milwaukee's south side. Abdul and his family are so welcoming and their establishment is a great addition to the neighborhood. Upon entering the restaurant you'll be hypnotized by the aroma of the food being prepared. I highly reccomend the Chicken Tikka Masala, Baithak Platter, Nana and the exquisite dipping sauces. If you're ever in the area of South Howell Avenue and East Bolivar Avenue I encourage you to stop in and taste for yourself all the deliciousness Baithak of Punjab has to offer.“

“I could make this a very long glowing review, but you just imagine I did. I went in for the first time yesterday and it was all I could have wanted in an Indian meal. In fact having been to india, it felt very authentic from a vibe perspective. The place is roomy, well decorated, clean. The food and drink were absolutely wonderfully prepared. “Food was really good, first time trying. However we dined in, shoes were sticking floors, cleaning likely needed. Only one person to take orders, answers phones, prepare take outs, and waitress, seemed a little too much and help needed. Probably explains why we were only people dining in on a Saturday night.“

This is the first time I'm eating here in person after ordering a couple times from food service apps...I came for the lunch buffet. The food here is absolutely wonderful, the waitress was very friendly and polite, the restaurant was very clean and the decor was nice...I was feeling the music too, usually when I find myself in an Indian or South Asian restaurant the music is pretty traditional, they were playing modern Indian music...wasn't sure if I wanted to dance or eat! “We had a great experience with Honest Bakery. Last month we put it in a big order for a house party and all the items ordered were very tasty! Bobby who helped with selecting the menu items, even accommodating some last minute changes definitely needs extra credit. We will definitely visit again and recommend to all.“

We tried Nawabi Goat Dum Biryani, Aloo Gobi, and chicken karaikudi curry. All three were fantastic but the karaikudi really stood out as my favorite.“

“This was our second year dining at the Thanksgiving brunch buffet. The food is delicious- every dish! There are holiday foods and dishes not often served on the regular daily buffets. The buffet is as beautiful to behold as it is to taste. We had a mimosa and chai tea - there were many drinks to choose from such as lasse. The service is always good but exceptional yesterday. We had a very nice holiday meal and will return at Christmas. They are serving Holiday Brunch on the 24th and 25th of Dec, they told me. Price was a bit high but the buffet was absolutely worth the money. We highly recommend the Maharaja Holiday Brunch buffet!“

“Oh my! I’ve heard Anmol is delicious, and I’ve heard correctly. The mutton biryani is amazing as is the mango lassi!! I love that it is served family style. Anmol is about what is best about international cuisine. It is about basic flavors and textures which bring out the heart of food. I will definitely go back. The aromas and flavors are the atmosphere and that is the reason I rate it a 5. It’s very basic but it’s clean and a nice place to sit and talk. The They also do take out. The service is so gracious.“
