I was hesitant to post us, but they’re always out of donuts. No matter what time you come by on which day of the week they’re always out of donuts. I don’t know how a doughnut store can run out of donuts.

I recently stopped at the Hartford Dunkin’ to grab donuts and coffee for a meeting, and I was so impressed with the service! I wasn’t sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude.

It didn’t stop there—she went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. She explained exactly how to put together a box of coffee and...
