I went in after a few rough medical tests. I ordered a Chicago dog and a bloody. The dog was higher than the menu stated and the bloody mary was $8! Yikes. I relocated. I engaged the manager in conversation and he was talkative which was good.
Fantastic food and customer service!! Cheap, family friendly, and a great place to spend a night out! I love Hank’s! 10/10 highly recommend.. especially on their Friday Fish Fry :)Kid-friendliness: Has a verity of delicious, simple options to choose from on the kids menu. We were greeted by the charming aroma in the entry tunnel, eerily reminiscent of my chain smoking grandfather’s house. We proceeded to saunter through the bar for a place to sit, and opted for a spot away from the corridor of ashtrays and tobacco hookahs. The bartender was engaging and friendly, unfortunately so were the fruit flies. Our middling food arrived and while the beef was corned it was a Reuben in only liberal interpretation of the name.
