Lots of North Woods ambiance here with ample taxidermy adorning the knotty pine walls. If you like a dead-eyed, stuffed critter staring at you while you eat, this is the place for you.
What a great little place in Hayward! It was recommended to us by a friend; I'll be taking more of her recommendations. I had the Reuben omelette.... Delicious. We will be eating there again!

We were passing through, and my wife to the reputation of this restaurant, so our expectations were high. I'm glad to say that our expectations were not only met but exceeded. A nice environment, very friendly staff and exceptional food! The next time we are heading through Wisconsin to Michigan, we will definitely be stopping again!
