“Had a wonderful experience. Went for the fish fry. Be prepared to wait if you don't get there early, it is a bit small with limited seating. It was definitely worth the wait. I had the haddock which was delicious along with the baby reds. Our waitress Erin was busting her tail the entire time yet found time to be personable with us. Hat's off to this young lady who looked like a pole position driver negotiating the traffic cones as some of the customers decided it would be ok to place chairs on the ends of table plugging up the isles. The drinks were typical Wisco small bar drinks, plenty of booze and not watered down with soda or ice. All in all great experience. We will be back.“
“Service was great. Food was good, very simple bar food but it was done well, no extras with the fish fry, just fish and french fries. I will definitely be stopping back again some time soon. They do not accept credit card but there is an ATM on site.“
“Didn't actually get to go in the tavern, I'm guessing it was closed due to Covid, but the surrounding area is very nice. Besides the bridge and water, there were deer, rabbits, peacocks, geese, and pheasants. There is a suspension bridge here that looks like you'd fall in the water trying to cross it, but it is safe. It's a very picturesque area, and well worth visiting.“

“My family and I were in town for week long fishing trip. We stopped at the bar and grill to grab some supper. Service and food was very, very good. Bartender mentioned that she was new but we would have had no idea because she did great. Highly recommend this place!“
