Had a wonderful experience. Went for the fish fry. Be prepared to wait if you don't get there early, it is a bit small with limited seating. It was definitely worth the wait. I had the haddock which was delicious along with the baby reds. Our waitress Erin was busting her tail the entire time yet found time to be personable with us. We visited this Waupaca treasure for a second time October 4 and just like the first time it didn't disappoint. My wife and I both had the hamburger specials and they were delicious. We plan on going back tomorrow for their fish fry which we had on our first visit. Also I'd like to call out the young waitress who served us (sorry that I didn't get her name). Gets busy right away. Good fish friendly service. Tried fried cod, and broiled cod and loved them. Perch is breaded only so it curls up, good amount for the price tho. The slaw seems like it's portioned a couple days earlier. Will return.
