“my friends Meghan and Adam told me if i want a great burger, i got to go to Charlie's. so on saturday i decided to check it out. i got a tall captain and coke, ordered the charlie burger with steak fries to go. when i got home i ate it and they were right. the charlie burger was the best burger i have had in a long time. i'm going to get another one tomorrow.“

“I placed my order online and ordered ahead. I find that SO handy to do. Because as soon as I parked in a curbside pickup spot, went to my email, and clicked on “I’m here,” out came an employee to hand me my order. I love that feature!! And my order was exactly right! Thank you very much to the Todd Dr Culver’s in Madison!
Dietary restrictions: If you’re on the keto diet for instance, there are different salads you can get that are keto friendly. Not only that, but you always have the option of ordering a butter burger with no bun, or a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun to make it keto friendly. I’ve done this many times myself while still losing weight making these choices.
Parking: Plenty of free parking available here!
Kid-friendliness: Culver’s has many menu options that are kid friendly. Even after they have their meal, they can pull a slip off their bag to get a free scoop of custard. They also have high chairs for the littles!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking available! And once you get inside with the wheelchair, there are options for arranging the wheelchair to be close to the table. And I’m sure that an employee would be more than happy to help out with that!“

“Food great, home cut fries awesome! burgers filling! Ordered a small burger for my small appetite, it was so filling! A little high priced so couldn't go often, but food was very tasty and fresh and filling! Great for a mid-afternoon treat!“

“They have a $9.99 lunch special a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings a good amount of fries, it's served on a plate like A&W, and free refills of pop. The ending bill amount is $10.54
Now one of my faves, not Anymore, was Burger King but their meal deals cost $13 to$14 um no will not pay that much“

“Such an amazing sweet staff. I pulled off the interstate because the weather was bad and I wasn't hungry but ordered a pancake because I didn't want to just take up a table. They were so kind to me!! Let me sit as long as I needed until it was safe again. I can't imagine I will ever pass thru here again but if i ever did, I will stop in!“

“I had never had breakfast at Hardee's, I'm going to start with wow I've missed out. Keisha A at the counter was very polite, and the staff were very fast with making my order. I'd definitely revisit and its thanks to your team and wonderful food I did know about until today. I'd only ever had lunch or dinner here prior. The only thing I could say that'd make this menu better is something on the end of spicey! Thank you again. Order # 211954 at location 1501208. I would have completed your survey on tellhappystar. But it was too lengthy and wanted too much personal info that not needed for a restaurants review. Fix that thank you.“

“DOESN'T RECOMMEND!! (the fact that there is no way for me to change it to "doesn't recommend is pretty concerning. You have this set up to only say thay someone does recommend?? 🤔) Today is my birthday. I've always loved Red Robin and wanted to eat there tonight with my family. I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times? Won't be back anytime soon 😡 (Janesville, WI location)“
