“I had a great experience at Dukin. The employees were prompt to wait on us, friendly and very helpful when we were deciding on a drink. They even brought the drinks to the table when they were ready. I also just happened to loose my wallet there. They found it and kept it safe until I frantically called when I realized it was gone. Everything was in it and accounted for. I wish I had more than $1 in it I would have left them a bigger tip. So if you want to pay it forward go on and tip them. They are hard working and honest.“

“If you go through the drive thru the service is great, but if you go inside, in the afternoon, you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. I was the only one inside, and of the 4 people working no one even greeted me until whom I am assuming was the manager walked out and noticed me. That was disappointing for sure, but I do love their Cocoa Mocha latte.“
