The room set up, and food service was great! The person in charge was expected to work event serving as far as I could tell, which was hard to identify and locate when I had questions or issues (this was an AV issue). Also I went in the morning of event and doors to the room were shut with lights off even though we discussed that I would come in to set things up prior. We recently held our mom’s celebration of life at the Hoffman House, and it was a thoroughly positive experience. The staff was incredibly respectful, and attentive to our family's needs. They private space felt warm and peaceful, allowing us to honor our mom comfortably. The food was excellent, and the service team was attentive without ever being intrusive. Our family highly recommends this venue for private events.
The food was delicious. The delivery man set the whole table up so nice. Had so many compliments on how tasty the food was. I will definitely use them again for my next event. The pricing was also reasonable and they didn’t skimp on portions. We had leftovers.
