The food was blah, mediocre temperature and not making a good experience. The staff was limited and rushed. The order was thrown together and lacking any quality standards. The price is not worth the value. Definitely cutting quality and sacrificing what the entire brand concept was built upon. Very sad and shameful.
I placed a mobile order. When it said my order was ready I arrived at the restaurant. I spoke to the cashier who told me it would be ready shortly. After having multiple team members tell me it would only be another 2 minutes- I waited for 40 minutes before I got my food. During this 40 minutes, many of the staff were yelling at each other. The food was awful. Most of it wasn’t even warm. I’ll never eat here again. Just go to PopEyes instead.
