Order at 830 said, preparing for an hour and a half. I tried to call the store multiple times and tried to get a hold of them other ways to cancel. They finally closed and we called them next day and the person who picked up said that the manager or night person was having a mental breakdown and could not continue to do their job. Every single time we come here, they manage to find one way or another to mess up our order. I don’t understand how difficult it is to read a damn order sheet and put the toppings on the pizza and it’s not like this one was hard. Pepperoni and Jalapeno, that’s it. How do you mess that up?
