“Ordering late night after a long night working. The person in front of me took an incredibly long time to order. My order took only about 15 seconds. No problem. The person in front of me took an incredibly long time to get their order. I have to admit that I was getting very frustrated. When that person finally left and I pulled forward to get my order, The server told me "I got you." She said that the person in front of them made them remake their entire order and refused to pull forward so that other people could get their orders that were behind. She thanked me for my patience and for waiting. This person that was serving me was an older lady, and was incredibly friendly, and gave me my sandwich for free on a night that it really mattered. I cannot recommend a service like this enough. Absolutely wonderful.“
“I was just here with my son and there was this woman worker who was a bit older, greyish long hair in a high ponytail. Anyways she was AMAZING! I didn’t get her name but she made a small fast food establishment feel like so much more! It was a bit crazy when I came in so my order was wrong and she apologized 5x! And when I asked for a bag for my husbands food that I was taking home for him (son and I ate there) she offered to keep the bag on the warmer!!! This woman needs a raise I swear!
